Great timely reminder Michael... Good excuse to e-mail clients as well....
That would explain the thin haze of dust floating in the air in the house...lol...But it brings up an excellent point to add to any monthy mail that is sent out to your client base...and can help keeping more money in the house and less to the gas company

Michael, I'm an inspector just south of Memphis. I don't have to tell you about all the pollen and junk we have here. I always check the filters during an inspection, I also note the size in the report and let the buyers know how to change them. Some of the first time buyers have never changed a filter before.
On another note, in your picture is that your company truck your standing in front of?
